11-11-164. Access of authority to multifamily units and day-care facilities--Inspection and audits. The authority shall have the power, in the supervision of housing sponsors of multifamily residential housing units and day-care facilities and their real and personal property and through its agents or employees, to enter upon and inspect the lands, buildings, and equipment of a housing sponsor, including all parts thereof, and the authority may examine all books and records with reference to capital structure, income, expenditures, and other payments of a housing sponsor.
