11-11-176. Schedule of rents and charges for multifamily unit and day-care facility. The authority shall have the power, in the supervision of housing sponsors of multifamily residential housing units and day-care facilities and their real and personal property, to fix, and alter from time to time, a schedule of rents and charges for any such housing development.
