11-11-41. Borrowing power of authority--Evidences of indebtedness. The authority shall have the power, as necessary or convenient to carry out and effectuate the purposes and provisions of this chapter, to borrow money and issue bonds and notes or other evidences of indebtedness thereof as hereafter provided in this chapter.
