11-11-58. Limitations on use of mortgage income by authority. Any resolution or resolutions authorizing any notes or bonds or any issue thereof may contain provisions, which shall be a part of the contract or contracts with the holders thereof, as to the use and disposition of the gross income from mortgages owned by the authority and payment of principal of mortgages owned by the authority.
