Statutes > South-dakota > Title-12 > Chapter-15 > Statute-12-15-1112-15-11. Fee paid precinct superintendent and precinct deputy--Mileage for returning pollbooks and ballot boxes. Each precinct superintendent and precinct deputy shall receive a fee to be established annually by resolution of the board of county commissioners at its first regular meeting each year. The person delivering the pollbooks and ballot boxes to the proper authority at the county seat shall receive the county rate for mileage as established pursuant to § 7-7-24, for miles necessarily traveled in going to and returning from making the delivery.
