Statutes > South-dakota > Title-12 > Chapter-19 > Statute-12-19-412-19-4. Voter's statement on return envelope--Federal service voting forms. The return envelope for the absent voter's ballot shall have printed on the reverse thereof a statement to be signed by the voter. The State Board of Elections shall prescribe the forms for the return envelope, ballots, instructions to the voter, and such certification to accommodate the federal service voter under the provisions of the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA)(42 U.S.C. § 1973cc-1).
