Statutes > South-dakota > Title-16 > Chapter-13 > Statute-16-13-3916-13-39. Magistrate court powers and procedure in summoning jury and witnesses. The magistrate court shall have the same power to compel the attendance of jurors and witnesses as has the circuit court and shall be governed by the same rules in impaneling a jury.
