Statutes > South-dakota > Title-19 > Chapter-14 > Statute-19-14-2419-14-24. (Rule 613(a)) Examination on prior statement by witness. In examining a witness concerning a prior statement made by him, whether written or not, the statement need not be shown nor its contents disclosed to him at that time, but on request the same shall be shown or disclosed to opposing counsel.
