Statutes > South-dakota > Title-2 > Chapter-12 > Statute-2-12-32-12-3. Annual registration fee. Each lobbyist who registers and is employed pursuant to this chapter shall pay to the secretary of state an annual registration fee of forty dollars for each employer represented by the lobbyist.
