Statutes > South-dakota > Title-20 > Chapter-13 > Statute-20-13-320-13-3. Quorum of commission--Rules governing meetings. A quorum shall consist of three members. The commission shall adopt, amend, or rescind such rules as shall be necessary for the conduct of its meetings.
