Statutes > South-dakota > Title-21 > Chapter-19 > Statute-21-19-1221-19-12. Failure to claim additional exemptions as waiver. Failure of a debtor or a dependent to make a claim of additional exemptions as provided in §§ 21-19-9 to 21-19-11, inclusive, shall be deemed a waiver thereof by the debtor and his dependents unless and until relief from the default is granted.
