Statutes > South-dakota > Title-21 > Chapter-27 > Statute-21-27-9-321-27-9.3. Return to writ--Time for filing--Content. The state's attorney of the county in which the writ of habeas corpus was issued shall file a return to the writ within fifteen days unless for good cause additional or less time, is granted. The return shall state the true cause or authority for the detention.
