Statutes > South-dakota > Title-21 > Chapter-43 > Statute-21-43-221-43-2. Action by surety to compel satisfaction of debt. An action may be brought against two or more persons for the purpose of compelling one to satisfy a debt due to the other, for which plaintiff is bound as a surety.
