Statutes > South-dakota > Title-21 > Chapter-52 > Statute-21-52-921-52-9. Redemptioner to redeem entire property. No owner or lien holder shall have the right under § 21-52-8 to redeem less than the whole of the property owned by him or subject to his lien.
