Statutes > South-dakota > Title-22 > Chapter-19 > Statute-22-19-622-19-6. Possession of ransom or reward--Felony. Any person who receives, possesses, or disposes of any money or other property which has, at any time, been delivered as ransom or reward in connection with a kidnapping and who knows that the money or property is ransom or reward in connection with a kidnapping, is guilty of a Class 3 felony.
