Statutes > South-dakota > Title-22 > Chapter-24 > Statute-22-24-6122-24-61. Sale or distribution of prepaid adult entertainment card to minors as misdemeanor. It is a Class 1 misdemeanor to sell, give, or distribute any prepaid adult entertainment card or any prepaid adult entertainment telephone card to any person under eighteen years of age.
