Statutes > South-dakota > Title-22 > Chapter-42 > Statute-22-42-4-222-42-4.2. Schedule II, III, or IV substances to be distributed only for a medical purpose. No controlled drug or substance included in Schedule II, III, or IV may be distributed or dispensed other than for a medical purpose.
