Statutes > South-dakota > Title-23 > Chapter-14 > Statute-23-14-923-14-9. Physician summoned to make examination--Compensation. In any such inquisition by a coroner, when he or the jury deem it requisite, he may summon one or more physicians or surgeons to make an examination, and shall allow in such case a reasonable compensation instead of witness fees.
