Statutes > South-dakota > Title-25 > Chapter-10 > Statute-25-10-1725-10-17. Local support of programs required. A minimum of twenty percent of the operational costs of a local domestic abuse program shall come from the local community served by the program. A local contribution may include in-kind contributions.
