3-12-61. Expense fund continued--Transfer from retirement system fund--Report of budget--Appropriation and disbursement for expenses. The South Dakota Retirement System expense fund is hereby continued and the Board of Trustees is hereby authorized to transfer from the South Dakota Retirement System fund an annual amount not to exceed three percent of the annual contributions received by the system, and the moneys so transferred are hereby appropriated for the payment of the administrative costs of the system, provided that the board shall report its proposed annual budget to the Legislature for its approval, within the budget report of the Department of Labor. Expenditures from all funds shall be disbursed on warrants drawn by the state auditor and shall be supported by vouchers approved by the administrator of the system.
