Statutes > South-dakota > Title-3 > Chapter-18 > Statute-3-18-15-43-18-15.4. Change in policies not prohibited--Contractual rights preserved. Nothing in this chapter prevents a governmental agency from legally changing any ordinance, policy, or rule that is currently the subject matter of a grievance procedure. However, any prior contractual rights may not be affected by a subsequent change of any ordinance, policy, or rule.
