32-35-46. Suspension not required--Government vehicles. If a conviction arose out of the operation, with permission, of a vehicle owned by or leased to the United States, this state, or any political subdivision of this state or a municipality thereof, the Department of Public Safety shall suspend or revoke such license only with respect to the operation of vehicles not so owned or leased and the Department of Revenue and Regulation shall not suspend the registration of any vehicle so owned or leased.
