33-10-16. Immunity of court members. No action may be maintained against any member of a military court on account of the imposition of a fine or penalty, or for the execution of a sentence on any person, if the person has been returned as delinquent and duly summoned before the court, or has appeared before the court to answer the charge made against the person.
