33-10-6. Uniform Code of Military Justice and manual for courts-martial govern National Guard and militia. The articles of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, in effect on January 1, 2007, and the manual for courts-martial of the United States, in effect on January 1, 2007, governing the armed forces of the United States, so far as they are compatible with the provisions of this chapter and the South Dakota manual for courts-martial, are adopted for the government of the National Guard and militia of this state.
