33-10-9. Contempt power of court--Punishment. Any person behaving in a disrespectful manner or using any insulting language before any military court, or to a member thereof, in open court, intending to disturb or impair the authority of such court, may be punished for contempt of court by confinement in the jail of the county in which the court sits, by warrant under the hand of the president of such court.
