33-11-8. Erection of armory on donated land. The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs shall, upon donation of a proper site by any county or municipality, erect for the use of any unit of the National Guard, and other organizations and public functions as specified in § 33-11-2, an armory to be used for meeting, rendezvous, drill, and other purposes in compliance with this chapter.
