Statutes > South-dakota > Title-33 > Chapter-12 > Statute-33-12-2533-12-25. Accounting of expenditures--Approval of adjutant general--Payment. The adjutant general shall keep an accurate account of all expenditures necessarily made for the military service of the state. The account shall be paid on proper vouchers presented for the account and upon the approval of the adjutant general from the appropriations made by the Legislature for military purposes.
