33-15-5. Employment of assistants--Expenditures. The secretary of public safety may employ such technical, clerical, stenographic, and other personnel pursuant to chapter 3-6A, and may make expenditures from the appropriation therefor, or from other funds made available to him for purposes of emergency management, as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
