33-18-28. Discharge from home. Any member of the State Veterans' Home may be required to accept an honorable discharge, with the exception of a veteran with one hundred percent disability as defined by the veterans administration for pension and compensation purposes, if he has sufficient ability and means to support himself. Such discharge shall be given upon recommendation of the superintendent and order of the secretary of military and veterans affairs.
