33-19-9. County purchase of burial plots--Perpetual care--Title to plots. Each board of county commissioners of each county of this state may, as soon as the money has been appropriated, purchase not more than ten burial plots and provide for the perpetual care of the plots. The cost of the plots with perpetual care may not exceed seventy-five dollars per plot.
The title to the burial plots is vested in the State of South Dakota, and permits for burial in the plots shall be issued by the county auditor of the respective county.
