Statutes > South-dakota > Title-34 > Chapter-12 > Statute-34-12-1234-12-12. Lodging and food service laws not applicable to licensees. No licensee under the provisions of this chapter shall be required to be licensed or inspected under the laws of this state relative to lodging or food service establishments.
