34-13-10. Expiration of licenses--Transfer prohibited--Posting required--Annual renewal. All licenses issued by the board under this chapter shall expire on the thirty-first day of December each year; shall be on a form prescribed by said board; shall not be transferred or assigned; shall be issued only for the premises named in the application; shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises; and may be renewed from year to year upon application, investigation and approval by the board, and payment of a license fee, as in the case of procurement of an original license.
