34-13-8. License in lieu of all other licenses--Hotel and restaurant inspection laws not applicable. All licenses issued to institutions pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be in lieu of and in place of all other licenses required by the laws of the State of South Dakota. No institution licensed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be required to be inspected under the laws of this state relating to lodging and food service establishments.
