Statutes > South-dakota > Title-34 > Chapter-18 > Statute-34-18-1434-18-14. Issuance of license when establishment in compliance. After having received a properly completed application form and the correct license fee and after satisfying himself that the establishment or campground is in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations of the department, the secretary of health shall issue a license to such establishment or campground.
