Statutes > South-dakota > Title-34 > Chapter-18 > Statute-34-18-2434-18-24. Departmental inspections of lodging establishments and campgrounds. The secretary of health shall at least annually inspect or cause to be inspected every lodging establishment and campground licensed in this state for compliance with the provisions of this chapter and the rules promulgated thereunder.
