34-27-1. Department of Health approval required for mausoleum construction plans. Before any person shall proceed to construct any mausoleum, vault, or other burial structure entirely or partly above ground, capable of containing twenty or more deceased human bodies for permanent interment, such person shall present the plans for such construction to the Department of Health and if approved by such department may proceed with the construction of such mausoleum, vault, or structure; and no such structure shall be erected otherwise than in accordance with the plans approved by such department.
