Statutes > South-dakota > Title-36 > Chapter-16 > Statute-36-16-1836-16-18. Temporary journeyman electrician's license--Fee. The secretary of the State Electrical Commission, upon the recommendation of one electrical contractor and one journeyman electrician, may issue a temporary license to an individual to engage in the trade of a journeyman electrician until the next meeting of the electrical commission. The State Electrical Commission may promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, to establish and collect a fee not to exceed ten dollars to be charged for a temporary journeyman electrician's license.
