Statutes > South-dakota > Title-36 > Chapter-19 > Statute-36-19-4136-19-41. Violation of chapter as misdemeanor. Any person, firm or corporation conducting business or doing any act which is in violation of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
