Statutes > South-dakota > Title-36 > Chapter-19 > Statute-36-19-636-19-6. Meetings of board--Quorum. The State Board of Funeral Service shall meet at least once a year and may also hold special meetings as frequently as the proper and efficient discharge of its duties requires.
Four members constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
