38-15-5. Certified seed grade of potatoes--Conformity to seed laws--Labeling. The "South Dakota Certified Seed" grade of potatoes shall conform in all respects to the provisions of the seed laws of this state and the regulations made thereunder, and shall be labeled in accordance therewith.
