Statutes > South-dakota > Title-38 > Chapter-19 > Statute-38-19-4138-19-41. Violation of chapter, rule or regulation as misdemeanor. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated hereunder is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
