Statutes > South-dakota > Title-38 > Chapter-22 > Statute-38-22-2438-22-24. Expenditure of county funds. The board of county commissioners may, based upon the budget submitted by the county weed and pest board, appropriate and expend money from the general fund of the county for the purpose of this chapter.
