Statutes > South-dakota > Title-39 > Chapter-18 > Statute-39-18-1839-18-18. Remedy deemed misbranded if not properly labeled. An animal remedy shall be deemed to be misbranded if it is not labeled as required in § 39-18-15 and in regulations promulgated under this chapter.
