39-18-3. Registration required for distribution of remedy--Exception. Before being distributed in South Dakota each animal remedy, except any animal remedy that is manufactured and distributed under license from and under the supervision of the United States Department of Agriculture, shall be registered by the manufacturer or the person responsible for distributing such animal remedy.
