40-10-1. Feeding of garbage as misdemeanor--Garbage defined--Each day as separate offense. It is a Class 2 misdemeanor for any person to feed garbage to any livestock. As used in this section, garbage means all refuse matter, animal or vegetable, and includes all waste material, by-products of a kitchen, restaurant, market, shop, or slaughterhouse, and every refuse accumulation of animal, fruit, or vegetable matter, liquid or otherwise. Each day the provisions of this section are violated is a separate offense.
