40-10-3. Importation of infected swine without permit as misdemeanor. Any person who imports swine into the state, knowing or having reason to believe such swine to be infected, affected, or suspected of being affected with vesicular exanthema, without first having obtained a permit from the Animal Industry Board is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
