41-21-1.1. Adoption of rules authorized. The Department of Agriculture may adopt such rules as may be necessary to establish uniform procedures for the administration of the provisions of chapter 41-21. Such rules may be adopted in the following areas:
(1) Establish a forest insect and disease control area;
(2) Landowner notification of forest insect and disease infestation and timetable for control;
(3) Provisions for reimbursing landowners for control costs.
The rules shall be adopted pursuant to chapter 1-26 and shall be in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
