Statutes > South-dakota > Title-47 > Chapter-15 > Statute-47-15-1247-15-12. Limitations on action to invalidate amendment. No action may be maintained to invalidate any amendment to the articles because of the manner of its adoption unless commenced within two years after date of recording.
