Statutes > South-dakota > Title-47 > Chapter-16 > Statute-47-16-3147-16-31. Missing securities--Issuance of duplicate. When a security issued by a cooperative is missing, the cooperative shall issue a duplicate security if the owner so requests and furnishes an indemnity acceptable to the cooperative.
