Statutes > South-dakota > Title-49 > Chapter-31 > Statute-49-31-11949-31-119. Charge for exclusion of number from wireless directory assistance service database prohibited. No person may charge a subscriber for making the choice to not be listed in a wireless directory assistance database or for removing the subscriber's mobile telecommunications service telephone number from a wireless directory assistance database at the subscriber's request.
